Why the name Norden?

"Norden" comes from the Dutch word for north — the direction that has long served as the most accurate reference in navigation, much like a compass that always points true.

The name is also a tribute to the roots of HX Series technology, designed and engineered in the Netherlands. The "north" philosophy represents our commitment to always be the true, reliable direction security forces can count on when making fast decisions in the field.
